The first Taco Time opened in 1960 near the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon. This one is down the street from the Oregon Institute of Technology, continuing the tradition of feeding hungry college kids. Taco Time offers fish tacos, enchilada plates, and a "Chihuahua Dog" meal among other things. There's also a "healthy choice" menu for those who want quick healthy food to eat in or on the go. Visa and Mastercard are accepted here.
